Kristina Bender joined Prime Commercial Real Estate in 2023 as our Property Manager. With over 6 years of Property Management experience and over 8 years experience in Customer Service, Kristina strives to make your experience with Prime as smooth and effortless as possible. As Prime's Property Manager, some of Kristina's responsibilities include; promptly coordinating day to day maintenance service calls for our tenants, drafting and executing leases for our many properties, and ensuring occupancy/vacancy rates remain low for our owners.
Kristina is especially dedicated to her family. Her husband, Kevin, their 3 children, and two dogs enjoy spending time together making memories. Cooking together, watching movies, going shopping and enjoying new experiences with one another are some of the many things they love to do in their spare time as a family.
